Twitter Just Unleashed on Hillary Clinton and It Is Savage

After Hillary Clinton’s upset loss in the Indiana primary, the hashtag #DropOutHillary has been trending all day on Twitter, garnering over 200,000 tweets.
Hillary Clinton is getting blasted on all sides from Twitter users, and many of the top tweets on the #DropOutHillaryhashtag are coming from women and people of color — two demographics that traditionally vote for the former Secretary of State over Bernie Sanders.
The @NCForBernie Twitter account alluded to Clinton’s ties to corrupt politicians, like former New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, a former superdelegate supporting Clinton,getting a 12-year prison sentence for corruption, money laundering, and extortion. Dr. Victoria Dooley’s opposition to Clinton stems from her desire to provide affordable healthcare to patients, while Clinton has established herself as an opponent of Bernie Sanders’ call for universal healthcare coverage. Twitter user @JuddCM expressed disgust with Clinton’s self-proclaimed admiration for Henry Kissinger, who has been widely accused of committing war crimes during his tenure as Secretary of State.



@DarianPezik tweeted her criticism of Hillary Clinton on the #DropOutHillary hashtag, comparing the Democratic front-runner to Richard Nixon, who eventually had to resign the presidency due to the Watergate scandal. The former president deleted roughly eight minutes of audio outlining his role in the scandal, whereas Clinton deleted over 30,000 emails from the private server she kept in her home while serving as Secretary of State. @CrispinGram also compared Clinton to Nixon in a tweet, saying she didn’t want the first female president to be remembered as a “crook.”
